Kari & Chuck are expecting their first child, and they only have 3 short weeks to wait to meet him/her. “Pigsocks” is a nickname given to the baby by Kari’s nearly 3 year-old niece. How awesome is that?

I whipped up a design for Danialle’s Chicago baby shower invitation and had it printed onto 5″ x 7″ flat cards by the fine folks at ProDPI. This was my first press printed order with ProDPI and I’m extremely pleased with the result.

Here’s a better look at the photograph used on the invitataion.

*UPDATE* ProDPI requested permission to use this invitaion as a sample for their 2009 trade shows. Awesome!

FYI, the red blob in the background is our rubber devil ducky. It is part of our rubber ducky trifecta (regular ducky, devil ducky, and zombie ducky).

Now that the Holidays have passed, the countdown has begun for the both of us.

What a better way to unveil the new Foytography site than with a pregnancy portrait of my wife Danialle.

Danialle is walking briskly through her 24th week of pregnancy. Her tum-tum is growing noticeably every other day. I’ve been able to feel Adelaide (“Addie”) move for the last couple of weeks and it keeps getting stronger. Amazing.

Lighting Info: Quantum T5D-R Qflash, set to 1/16 power, wide-angle diffuser, 18″ inches behind white fabric shower curtain (to simulate a large window). A Nikon SB-800 was used to control the Qflash.
